Queens Park Rangers

Queens Park Rangers are owned by Tony Fernandes, the head of the Caterham Formula One team. Fernandes has come in and spent F1-style money on the current crop of players at Loftus Road. As a result of the astonishing amount spent on players, the club has a severe amount of debt.

Examples of this include the signings of Loic Remy and Chris Samba in a desperate attempt to keep the club in the Premier League, a ploy which subsequently failed. QPR will now need to offload some of the big earners to recoup the money that they will lose by playing in the Championship next season. If they can't, there could be some troubled times ahead at Loftus Road.
